Look at the Defensive Rankings for Points and Yards in the Plummer and Culter eras. They Ranked 9, 9, 3 and 8 in DEFENSE (points allowed) under Plummer, then 28 and 30 with Cutler.

Wild dropoff and it was similar in yards.

Again, Jay has issues... but for guys like Judge to give all the blame to Jay is insane.
