Sorry for abandoning my post. I promise there was a reason behind it, but I guess it doesn't matter.
I'm just going to let Chase Daniels BE the pick, for a couple reasons:
(a.) Nobody's going to pick him anyway.
(b.) He's essentially as good as a forfeited pick anyway, which the Giants would have received for taking too long.
(c.) Poetic justice.
