, if Stafford is there and we draft him people will be screaming to the top of their lungs. That is until we trade Thigpen to another team for more picks. I think that the FO is setting itself up for multiple scenarios with the draft. You boost everyone's status for possible trade opportunities, while making sure you let everyone know that any of the top players in the draft could be the team's potential pick. This along with the lack of contract for Cassel defintely puts us in a position that we'll be seeing offers on the table hopefully next month!
