The SB losers/SB winners already pick 31/32. Arizona is picking 31 this year, without this rule. This just makes it go throughout the entire playoffs. I really wish that they would be able to do this now so the bolts didn't get a higher pick.... WTG AFC West!!! Mediocrity won a game!!!
Oh, and I think the Chiefs are less likely to get hot than a 90 year old woman who just had a hysterectomy.
