Glad you get good service from O'Reillys. I think they make good stuff and generally have what you need. However; at least in Topeka I can't remember the last time I got something from O'Reillys and did not have to return it because it was the wrong part. Personally I have nothing but bad luck with them. They always give me the wrong part, and at times argue with me. I have had to go get the part out of my car to prove it before. Once they gave me a motor mount that was defective (the shaft was to long so I couldn't get the engine raised high enough to get the part on) When i took it bake they argued with me forever about it because it was installed. They finally got another one from the back and realized the shaft was much shorter. This eventually prompted them to give me another part, but they still acted like they were doing me a favor, but they did give me another part, and obviously a lot of people have had good encounters with them on here, so maybe it's just the ones in my area.
