OK, if that's your policy, your "price match guarantee" is worthless to your customers. You're selling the exact same item for a lower price two days later, and won't match your OWN pricing cut?

So, apparently that whole "price matching guarantee thing" doesn't apply to their OWN prices. Man, what a bunch of crap. They'd rather have me share this e-mail with 500 people then give me back $13. Whatever, dudes.
