Okay, new rules on timing.
1. As before, when you make your pick, PM the person picking after you to let you know it's your turn. The post that you've made that contact.
2. If a pick is not made within 48 hours, the person following them will record that person's pick as "Will make pick when arrives", and the draft will proceed, skipping that person.
3. If you show up and see that your pick has been skipped as part of Step 2, then you can jump in and make your picks immediately.
I'm just recognizing that we have 33 rounds, so we need to keep moving.
