Zuttah is a bit of a project, and he isn't a good fit for a team like the Bucs, who are a conservative power run oriented team.
Zuttah is a guy with nice athleticism and quicks, has shorter arms than you would like, and needs to hit the weight room and add some strength.
But with some work and development, he could be a good pulling guard, and even though he does have short arms, with good technique, because of his athleticism, he could compete at RT.
