Don't let anyone owe you the next month's rent or utilities, and make sure the guy in charge of them is paying them. If one of them has his girlfriend staying there 5 nights a week and showering and eating, she needs to either be really, really cool to everyone else or pay money- or bring hot friends over. If she's hanging out being a bitch she needs to pay or go.
