This was the case for my last living situation. We had 3 living in a 3 bedroom 2 story townhome with a finished bsaement but I think we averaged about at least 12 people sleeping there every night because of the parties. it was fine for a while but eventually the other 2 guys I lived with flunked out and things really spiraled out of control. The place was hardly ever clean and when it did get picked up it only lasted about 3 hours before people started drinking there again. I'm not even going to describe the shit we found when we moved out. So, yeah heed Pestilence's advice. Don't drink where you sleep. Or something.
Not to say I don't have some interesting stories from that year and a half.
