if you want to say Denver overpaid for their picks, fair enough, and i am inclined to agree...
but anyone that actually has knowledge of the NFL draft pool cannot deny that Denver added a lot of good football players...and that's never a bad thing...
Knowshon Moreno is almost unaminously considered the best back in the draft...
Robert Ayers can play the run and the pass standing up or down on the line...
Alphonso Smith is the best playmaking corner in the draft...but we clearly overpaid for him...
i could go on but we added 10 players...
Both Todd McShay and Mike Mayock both say that Denver added a tremendous amount of talent to their team...i agree, but we did pay a high price for them...
