Bloomquist is hitting 2nd. By virtue of putting him in this spot, Hillman is implicitly saying WB handles the bat well and is a "decent" hitter.

K well that is percentages. And I don't care where WB bats. He is a singles hitter and the odds are just as good of moving the runner with him bunting.
