You're ridiculous. She'd get whatever the judge says she gets and there isn't one thing you can do about it. Any of the shit you're talking about doing here would get you thrown in jail. You wouldn't be the the first tough guy to find out that "yes, you too can be in this situation". Just shut up and leave the advice to people who know what they're talking about.
