This man can never benefit from new evidence or new law that could possibly mitigate his sentence or overturn his conviction.
New evidence I'm sure he left plenty of evidence in several states like bullets matching the gun he was caught with and stolen item.

I can't believe that in all the years this man was alive he was never taught it is wrong to steal and kill!
