Comedian Dane Cook has been evicted from his Los Angeles apartment after he lost his appeal against a lawsuit from his landlord.
The actor was hit with legal action alleging he allowed his pet dog to defecate on the land surrounding his West Hollywood home.
The lawsuit, filed in April, claimed the comedian had ignored three warnings from the building's owner about his chihuahua's dog poo.
Cook returned to court last week to appeal the case, after he was slapped with an eviction notice by the Los Angeles sheriff's department.
In his defense, Cook claimed eviction would cause him "emotional hardship."
But the unnamed landlord has won the dispute, citing a swarm of complaints from neighbors that the dog, named Beast, is leaving his mess in the common areas of the apartment block.
According to the New York Post, Cook has just purchased a $7 million home in the Hollywood Hills to move into.

Oh well he is still hot IMO and I like watching him perform. I don't care about his dog or his eviction, that is not my problem...Of course if he can afford a 7 million dollar home he doesn't exactly have problems.
