Ok.....idea here.

What if we split the Veteran draft into two parts and put the Rookie draft in the middle?

Kind of like how there are two parts of FA with the real draft in the middle.

Rounds 1 - 16
Rookie Draft
Rounds 17 - 33

What does everyone think?
