Did the baggy pants pay the taxes or did the individual wearing the pants? Because the P&L would be happy to have the individual wearing the pants come in and spend money, he just has to leave the pants behind.
You have to play the odds. You don't invite in guys with gang colors unless you're going to exclude certain gangs. That goes for skinheads, Latinos, blacks, everyone.
