i think, if the person we're waiting on has been logged in and posted here without responding to PM's or making an effort to get caught up, waiting on them is not going to do a lot of good. im sure he'll pick when he wants to and being on the clock doesn't seem to be a factor(been 'on the clock' for what, a week now?), i'll try to find a guest picker when i have some more time this afternoon
