As far as the offensive staff goes, I'm not sold. It will be interesting to watch. Haley did a good job with the offense in Zona, so I'll be curious to see how much of his own stamp he intends to put on this offense, or if he's just going to oversee things. Seems like he'll be having to help Ward out a bit as dude is still learning as a WR coach, and that is an area of need. Muir I'm not too concerned about. Carthon, we'll see. He did not impress me at all with the results of the other offenses he's worked with recently, so I hope that the results are better here. The rest of the guys, who knows. We've got some good NFL experience with Carthon, Muir, and Gailey, and some real inexperience elsewhere. If these guys are good teachers and can put guys in a position to succeed, then great. If not, well this coaching staff will undergo some changes in a year or two...
