You can trade, but no mid-season waivers. Otherwise, the most active people will pick up the mid-season phenoms. The goal of this game is to be low-key during the season.
Basically, the only players in this league will be the 53 on each team. The next offseason, we'll draft from the existing pool of veterans to pick up the suprises.
