It seems no different than if both your QBs went down and you had to start an off the street guy at that position. We can't pick up free agents from the wire so we just go with unnamed scrubs and bear the consequence. I may want to do this with my P and K.
You aren't the only one planning on doing that. I'm not drafting a punter. That will just go into my selection of my remainder team.
