Nobody's going to wonder what would have happened "if Bowe had caught the slant Cooper dropped on KC's first possession against the Texans." Because it's a ****ing preseason game. Guess what, if Bowe had been in to catch (or drop) the slant, it would still be a preseason game, and we'd all still forget about it by the time we wake up tomorrow. Because it doesn't matter.
Bowe was demoted this week because he needed to wake the **** up. And apparently it worked, if he was focused the last couple of days of practice as Haley said. Everything is they do right now is centered on making the team stronger a month from now, and if he's a better, more focused player then because he spent a few days on the second team now, then it was anything but silly.
