Haley's comments about the offense shows a few things about him: he is a young/new/inexperienced head coach and he is/was an offensive guy. It's the first preseason game, your not going to see much out of the offense. CHan is the old vet, he knows this game is meaningless in the grand scheme of things. I'm sure the plays Chan through into the game were to evaluate certain personnel in certain situations.
