O'Connell and Guttierrez are better set to run a pro offense now. But their upside is that they'll be a borderline #2-#3 string at best and good chance they aren't in the NFL at all in a few years.

O'Connel has been in the league 1 year and was a 3rd round pick I don't think he has less upside than Tyler Thigpen who still right now, can't take center snaps.
