That's just absolutely nuts. If you have one and can get two and lock them up, do it. It isn't a question of high picks or money. Two top OTs mean a lot more than filling two roster spots. They mean better rushing, higher probabilty of keeping QB healthy (as well as each other healthy, as when one OT whiffs, the other is in danger of getting rolled up - why the great OLs always tended to STAY HEALTHY). No brainer.
