I agree with mecca on this. where's the power source for the said camera in the wall? You watch too many bond movies or something? what, TNT just had a freakin bond marathon.....
What the landlord would have to do to get a shot of a girl or two peeing, versus seeing you take a grunt, ever, doesn't outweigh the liability of a camera actually being found. Plus a camera that can see through a little pin hole? yeah, you watch too many movies my friend....
