I was thinking more along the lines of following the trade winds and the warm seas throughout the year on a small yacht, pulling in to harbor in Spain and such, and sampling the local wares.
Ass-raping pirates are not part of the picture!
Perhaps I should employ a security force of ex-Navy Seals...
