Hey all... just getting home from work. I am late to the party.

Sooo.... Runyan IS in town for a workout? This isn't just pure speculation stuff?

Because if I need to call my buddy, the real estate agent, and find out if Runyan has bought a house, or a Z-Man from Okie-Joes, I can do that. I have that kind of power.
