It looks like Jon Runyan was just cleared in late August to start running. I would think that Runyan would be pretty far off from contributing in a starting manner until later in the season.
Runyan would be a good player to sign, but not an automatic fix as he hasn't even been in pads since the final Philadelphia game last season. He has just been rehabbing his knee. I honestly don't think we will have a consistent line until after the bye week.
