Poor Raiders... they should have won that game, much like the Bills should have defeated NE. Oh well, that's why they play a full 60 minutes.
In week 1, KC clearly had the tougher matchup... it's kinda silly that you have to ask, but I know why you're asking.
KC played well against a team that is supposed to be great, but they lost. Denver and Cincy both have issues and while it was ugly, they were able to win the game that they were leading for 99% of the time. It's not a beauty contest though, all that matters are the wins and losses.
In week 2 -
Oak @ KC
CLE @ DEN
BAL @ SD
SD clearly has the tougher matchup... KC and DEN at home should be favored, but again you have 2 games with 4 teams that have many issues, so anything could happen. And, regarding SD/BAL... I favor BAL, they're the more talented overall team. SD has the edge on offense, but I think BAL has the more fundamentally sound defense. Both SD and BAL defenses gave up a lot of yards in week one, and they'll likely rebound.
I say Denver, KC and BAL win those 3 games...
