Who exactly is considering it a sellout, since you can still buy 20 tickets together in the lower quarter of the upper deck?
I'd like to think people would show up to support the dramatic changes, and it's opening day at Arrowhead, and there are renovations, etc.... there are reasons to go, but watching a game against two of the worst teams in the league for $100+/person to just park and get in the stadium isn't one of them.
For those going, I certainly hope it's a better show/atmosphere than what I'm thinking it'll be, but I think I'll save $100+ and 90 minutes of commercials, and turn on the DVR around halftime.
...not to piss on anyone's Cheerios or anything......
