Nothing wrong with that playcall. How come Norv is lauded for the run call down on the goal line last week but he's a goat this week? The reason for the call is Baltimore was still in a passing D. SD had an unbalanced line with 2 tackles to that side and ran a power pulling Dielman giving them 4 bigs at the point. Dielman missed Lewis, but had Sproles got the ball he probably goes for 5 yds minimum and may have scored.
Note Haley is getting piled on by pundits saying he shoulda run the ball on 3rd and 1 in the 4th quarter instead of throwing it and taking a sack.
