As Chiefs fans I wouldn't worry about the Chargers. He got lucky for a couple of years and inherited a good foundation, but give AJ Smith 2 more years and he'll have them run back down to permanent sub .500 level.

AJ was raised in the Bills Polian era. Polian figured out how to win one in Indy. Now it's AJ's turn in SD. Both guys know how to build a franchise.
Chief fans have plenty to worry about besides the Chargers. We'll see how Polian does on his own. It'll take a few years to see any results.
