Give Haley the talent and he might prove to be a good HC, but I think he'll implode long before that day comes.

I could be wrong but I think Haley's personality is pretty low on the list of problems for the Chiefs. Assholes can win just like nice guys. All coaches look better surrounded by talent. The question is can he run the team efficiently. He hasn't impressed as of yet, but it's just too early to tell and it will be for some time. This time next year, maybe.
