Locker has major accuracy problems. While it has improved to some degree this year, he still misses his receivers by too much. I was listening to Mike and Mike in the Morning about a week ago, and Brian Billick was talking about QBs and accuracy issues.
He said, essentially, if you have an inaccurate thrower, there are a couple of things you can do, but the reality is, it is what it is, and you can't expect or even really hope that you'll get more than minor improvement.
