I honestly dont think its hyperbole to say that Carl left this place in the exact same shape as Ken Lay left Enron...or Madoff *made off, ya gotta love it* left his clients.
Only now, when were finally trying to build something, is it possible to fully comprehend how empty he left us...like a spider that sucks out its victims guts & leaves nothing but a shell.
