I figure Seau will be good for 10 plays a game. 7 of which he'll jump onto the pile well after the takedown, and then dance around like he was the solo tackler on a touchdown-saving tackle, LOL.
He's probably being brought in as much for his work ethic and "mini-coaching" ability as he is for his on-field abilities.
Personally, I don't think it'll matter who they bring in, unless it's someone who can tell Brady to stop overthrowing receivers.
