Actually, between the one scoop shake in the morning and the two scoop shake at night... I am doing about 73 grams just in the shakes, plus the milk it is in. I am trying to get 100-150 grams of protein per day.
I figure I am going to snack anyways, I might as well make it a protein rich snack.
As far as my goal.... I have gotten pretty weak since college. I can barely bench my body weight. (195)... and I want to bench 300.
I am 35 years old, so once I hit 40, any chance of substantial gains will decrease rapidly as the typical male produces less testoterone after 40.
