Haley doesn't seem able to recognize the distinction; his solution is to boot anyone that is not the former.
That's a good way to significantly diminish your pool of available talent. He needs to understand that everyone isn't going to respond to a steady stream of ass chewings and that doesn't make them any less coachable or talented.
