The most refreshing thing about Haley is he takes the responsibility. After 3 years of Herm and his "players have to make a play" rant after every loss, tt is nice to get back to a coach who says the coaches have to do a better job. Marty did it. DV did it. Herm didn't. Haley has a lot of Marty in him when it comes to the yelling and such. Now he himself still needs a lot of work but the prospects are good at this point.
