If you want to keep your heart healthy, there are hundreds of different cardial exercises you can do than run 26.2 miles in the span of a few hours.
Sorry if any of you are runners, but there's nothing I hate more on this earth than someone I know who makes a big fat deal out of their running regiment.

Long distance running is the problem, not running. Sprinting is amazing for your body. lose fat and not muscle. That sounds good to me. If God were real, he wouldn't have let your mother create you. And you're lucky he's not.
