Scaring players and demoting them to fix their attitude may look great to outsiders and fans. But if you are on the receiving end, you will not be productive. I can't be productive if my boss is going to fire me at any moment. I don't think you would either.
We like to see Haley swearing and going off but I don't think the players like it. DJ is right when he says "It's uncomfortable". No job security, no heart.
