For a long time I've said that I get more done goofing off than most people do who claim to work so hard.

I work in violent flurries. I produce like an absolute wildman for 2-3 days when I need to, sometimes working early until late and repeat.....and then I need a day or two to just decompress.

I'm not sure what it is about my office and the lunch hour, but it seems like someone drops in every day around the time I'd have taken lunch. I haven't even stepped away to pee yet today.
