So do you think in this offseason we will make a run on an all new staff as far as assistants are concerned?
Is this as equally as important as going after or drafting talented players, that is if you think our staff is subpar (I believe it to be subpar)?
It just looks like we have a perfect storm of shit on our team. We have players who are too under-talented for what is being asked of them by equally under-talented coaches who are unable to figure out what to do with the trash heap players. I may be off, but if a coach is truly good they will find a way to minimize the negative effects of poor players and maximize what their skill set can actually handle.
