didn't really go on a diet. heart burn every afternoon was driving me nuts.
i quit eating lunch at local cafes when at work, having burgers, tenderloins, fries, chip, etc. instead, i started taking my lunch. turkey sammie on whole grain bread, and fruit(grapes, plums, etc)
lost 12 lbs in the last couple months, without really trying. still eat the same for supper. best part is i've really been feeling great.
only bad thing is, this was the wifes idea, and now i'm hearing "i told you so" constantly.
