And what do you mean by "not being able to eat anything?" The only thing that you're *really* giving up by going low carb is most juices (you can still eat certain fruits) and cakes and confections.
Otherwise, what's not to like? Lots of tasty green veggies like broccoli and asparagus (asparagus smothered in butter and grilled is one of my favorite foods in the world). Lots of meat, including beef, turkey, fish, and chicken. Butter. Fats. Nuts. There's plenty to eat. Bacon. Eggs. Strawberries. Blueberries. Blackberries. Pomegranates. Pretty much any kind of berry, as they're lower in sugar than other fruits.
Sure, you miss out on "snack" foods. But those foods are empty calories, anyway. They do NOTHING for weight loss. They keep your insulin up and only prolong being fat.
