The thing is, she doesn't have the stretched skin/inhuman appearance that those who have obviously had plastic surgery have, like Joan Rivers, Dolly Parton. Hell, Dolly Parton looks more like Jack Nicholson's Joker than anybody else at this point. Dawn OTOH just looks... pretty much the same. Hell, her neck isn't even wrinkled.
