Thanks for the advice.... still experimenting... having a 35 year old metabolism sucks. When I worked out in my early 20's, I could eat whatever I wanted and work out and I was as lean as I wanted.
Now, I'm counting calories.
I figure, since it is winter and I am not running around with my shirt off, now is the best time to bulk up.
Plus, I want to bench 315. I want to go three plates on each side and crank one out. Just a personal goal.
