so you're not trying to get huge, but you still want to attain some mass, right?
You should have no troubles getting lean because of your bodytype, on other hand, putting on muscle will be a challenge for you.
But if I were you, I'd focus on lifting heavy. Go heavy all the way, and incorporate compound movements into your program. I would be doing exercises like bench presses, deadlifts, squats, clean and jerks, chins.
And keep that cardio to a bare minimum. You don't want to increase your metabolism further since it is already jacked as it is because of your bodytype. Yeah the focus should be on gaining muscle mass for now. Best thing is to stick to the basics and include plenty of power lifts in your program.
