so easy to become a fatass at 38...
*smug sniff*... back in my Army days, in 1994 at 5'9 180, i put up 275 1
clean time, no help.
Now, i dont even want to know what it is... havent hit weights hard since 97 or so, been in good shape since then, but in much more of a jogging, sprinting, body weight excercise kinda way... raised pushups, dips, pullups etc.
All of the good workout talk here has me inspired though *flex*, i feel a 'Biff McBuff' coming on here...
